The People of Echelon

Echelon was formed in 2006 as a veteran, minority & woman-owned environmental services company located in Marietta, Georgia.  The majority partners of Echelon are:

Nathaniel P. Hardee, Jr. is a United States Air Force veteran and a Certified Environmental Investigator (CEI).  Mr. Hardee began his career in the United States Air Force, and while serving obtained an AAS in Civil Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force.  He subsequently obtained multiple degrees in environmental engineering from Columbia Southern University. His vast knowledge obtained from his experience with the US Air Force and other national environmental consulting firms over the past 22 years makes him uniquely qualified to address environmental issues in residential, commercial and industrial situations.

Terri Cowart Hardee is a Certified Paralegal and Licensed Georgia Real Estate Salesperson with over 20 years experience in the legal and real estate fields.  She began her career in the environmental field in 2007.  Her knowledge of the legal, real estate and environmental fields provide a unique perspective to environmental projects.

Together their extensive backgrounds enable Echelon to provide the wide range of environmental services available today.  Echelon is confident that our practical experience, technical and operational resources and compliance knowledge qualifies us to assist each client with the resolution of their environmental consulting service needs.
